Elissa M. Fitzmartin, Esq.

Elissa M. Fitzmartin joined Abraham & Agnoli as an associate attorney in 2012, and she concentrates her practice in the areas of criminal defense and personal injury law. Prior to joining Abraham & Agnoli as an associate, Ms. Fitzmartin served as a law clerk with the Firm while attending law school.

In addition to her experience with Abraham & Agnoli, Ms. Fitzmartin has held internship positions with the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office, the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia, and the United States Attorney’s Office.
